What materials are your sculptures made from?
Our pieces are cast in museum-grade resin composite and finished by hand. Depending on the design, surfaces may be chrome-plated, bronze-patinated, mineral-pigmented, or left in matte resin. Bases are cut from Italian marble. Every material is selected for longevity and tactile quality.
How long does shipping take?
Each piece is handcrafted to order, which takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping takes an additional 10 to 21 business days depending on your location. All orders include free worldwide shipping with tracking and signature confirmation.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original condition and packaging. Custom commissions are non-returnable. Contact hello@objetnoir.art to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency only: USDC, USDT, ETH, and BTC, processed through Coinbase Commerce. We do not accept credit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal. If you are new to crypto, services like Paybis, MoonPay, and Mercuryo allow you to purchase crypto with a card.
Do you offer custom commissions?
Yes. We work with collectors and interior designers on bespoke pieces. Custom commissions begin with a consultation to discuss form, finish, scale, and placement. Lead times are typically 4 to 8 weeks. Contact hello@objetnoir.art to begin.
Do you have a trade program?
