Process

Every piece is made slowly, by hand, in small batches.

01

Drawing

40 hours

Each form is hand-sculpted in clay by a master artist before any cast is made. No computer-generated silhouettes. The drawing phase is where proportion, balance, and presence are resolved — slowly, by hand, in graphite and clay.

02

Casting

72 hours

Pieces cast in small batches using museum-grade resin, hand-poured into precision molds. Fewer than 30 of each design per year. Each pour is monitored for temperature, humidity, and cure time to ensure structural integrity.

03

Finishing

12 hours

Every surface polished, plated, or pigmented by hand. Chrome finishes require 12 hours of progressive buffing for mirror-like clarity. Bronze patinas are applied in layers, each one reacting differently to heat and chemical exposure.

04

Inspection

2 hours

Each piece individually inspected, numbered, and signed. If it doesn't meet standard, it is destroyed — never sold as a second. We would rather lose the material than compromise the name.

Materials

What we work with

Resin Composite

Museum-grade resin, hand-poured in controlled conditions. Dense, weighty, built to last generations.

Mineral Pigments

Natural pigments sourced from specialist suppliers. Every matte finish is mineral-based, never sprayed.

Chrome & Bronze

Hand-applied metal finishes. Chrome is buffed to mirror clarity. Bronze is patinated with controlled oxidation.

Italian Marble

Bases cut from Italian marble. Each slab is hand-selected for grain, weight, and color consistency.
